The Regional Office of Education No. 40 sponsored a three-day Common Core Standards integration workshop - Pumping Up Your Curriculum - for K-12 teachers. Professional educators aligned their mathematics, English, and social science curricula to the common core standards in both mathematics and reading respectively. Educators collaborated with both grade level and non-grade level colleagues to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment.
